Hi, I’m Caitlyn! I am a Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in residential and intensive outpatient settings, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and women’s issues. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also recognize that every client responds differently to treatment, and I am committed to adapting my approach to best support each individual’s goals and preferences.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I believe therapy is not only about providing support and guidance, but also about empowering clients with the coping skills, insight, and tools needed to navigate challenges both during and beyond treatment. I value meeting clients where they are in their journey and working collaboratively to establish meaningful therapeutic goals early in the process.

I understand that each client’s experiences, identity, culture, values, and background shape the way they view themselves and the world around them. Because of this, I believe treatment should be personalized, recognizing that no single approach or coping strategy works for everyone. I am committed to helping clients discover what supports their growth while honoring their individuality and lived experiences.

Whether you are new to therapy or returning after previous therapeutic experiences, I am dedicated to supporting you in creating a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.
