In addition to individual therapy, Regulate Yours offers services for couples, groups, clinicians, workplaces, and organizations. These services may focus on learning practical skills, strengthening relationships, supporting professional development, or bringing mental health education and wellness programming into the community.

Couples counseling provides a space for partners to work on their relationship together. The focus is on the couple and the relationship as a whole. Sessions may include, but are not limited to, understanding communication patterns, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional or physical connection, working through major transitions, and developing shared goals. Couples counseling is offered at $150 per session and is not billed to insurance.
We work with businesses, schools, nonprofits, agencies, and other organizations to create programs based on the needs of their teams or communities. Services may include, but are not limited to, Wellness Days, Train-the-Trainer programs, mental health education, stress-management and burnout-prevention workshops, communication training, seminars, staff-development sessions, and ongoing wellness programming. One-on-one coaching provides focused support for people who want to work toward a goal, make a change, or find more direction in a particular area of life or work. Coaching is forward-focused and may include identifying priorities, exploring obstacles, creating realistic action steps, building accountability, and developing habits that support continued growth.
Coaching may focus on self-development, mindset, confidence, lifestyle changes, leadership, entrepreneurship, CEO and executive development, work-life balance, decision-making, goal setting, or navigating personal and professional transitions. The focus and structure will depend on the individual and the coach’s areas of experience.

Our Skills Groups are educational programs focused on learning and practicing useful skills in a supportive group setting. They are not group therapy and do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, or individualized treatment.
Topics may include, but are not limited to, managing stress, understanding the nervous system, strengthening communication, setting boundaries, handling strong emotions, and developing healthier everyday habits. Groups may include instruction, guided activities, shared learning, and practical tools participants can use outside of the group.

We offer clinical supervision and professional support for eligible clinicians working toward licensure. Supervision may include, but is not limited to, case consultation, clinical skill development, ethics, professional boundaries, documentation, professional identity, and navigating the day-to-day experience of clinical work.
