Embracing Healing Justice (HJ) is a transformative journey towards dismantling the oppressive structures that affect our mental well-being. This framework, intricately woven with threads of racial, disability, and economic justice, empowers us to interrupt the chains of systemic oppression. My commitment lies in championing vulnerable populations, employing a person-centered, holistic and solution-focused approach. I support my clients in navigating the intricate tapestry of social identities to foster healing, resilience and transformative change.

I aim to support the emotional wellness of all people and strive to create a space to undertake social issues through courageous conversations. We are complex individuals living in complex systems, externally and internally. You deserve support that honors all aspects of your lived experience.I am a bilingual and bicultural clinician (Enligh/Spanish). I employ an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and healing-centered approach rooted in liberation health practices, integrating trauma-informed care to CBT, DBT and MI modalities. I offer individual and couples tele-therapy and child and adolescent counseling with specialities delivering LGBTQIA2S Affirmative therapy to Black, Latinx and immigrant communities.

I often use Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and establish personalized goals. With Narrative therapy, we will work to re-author and retell your story to gain a greater sense of agency and authorship, discover strengths to develop more empowering life stories.
