Each session blends:
Gentle movement & mindfulness – yoga, walking meditation, or tai chi in scenic outdoor locations
Relaxation & reflection – guided meditations, journaling, and stress-relief exercises
Community & connection – share insights, experiences, and inspiration with like-minded women
Leisure & fun – creative activities, picnics, and seasonal explorations in the Salem & Lynn area
Whether you’re looking to unwind, recharge, or simply show up for yourself, Self-Care Sunday offers a welcoming, inclusive, and rejuvenating experience each month.

General Session Structure (2 Hours):
10:00 – 10:15 AM: Welcome & Introduction
10:15 – 10:45 AM: Guided Activity (e.g., meditation, walk, art, light movement, stretching). This will differ each Sunday.
10:45 – 11:15 AM: Group Discussion or Sharing Circle
11:45 – 12:00 PM: Coffee/Tea & Social Time
Preparation Tips:
Bring: Yoga mat or blanket, journal, water bottle, comfortable clothing
Weather Considerations: Participants will be contacted via email if cancellations are needed. Please check your emails on those days first :)
Accessibility: Locations are chosen for ease of access; but please look up each location to ensure that individual needs can be met.
