  • 30 min – Small Group Practice & Reflection

    • Practice techniques in pairs or groups

  • 20 min – Journaling Activity

    • Reflection on personal triggers

  • 20 min – Q&A & Resources

    • List of trauma-informed therapists, websites, and books
