Regulate Yours is a growing outpatient mental health private practice dedicated to providing accessible, ethical, and high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. We are currently seeking passionate, driven, and compassionate clinicians to join our team in our Salem, Massachusetts office.

Position Overview
This is an in-person outpatient clinician role based in our Salem office.

Clients may be seen either in person or via telehealth, with the modality determined based on client needs, clinical appropriateness, and applicable regulatory and practice guidelines.

Clinicians have flexibility in designing their weekly schedules while maintaining required clinical hours and consistency to support continuity of care.

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a stable, consistent caseload within a structured outpatient practice while maintaining flexibility in their work schedule.

Schedule & Caseload Expectations

  • Minimum of 30 clinical appointment hours per week

  • Clinicians create their own weekly schedules based on availability and client needs

  • Clients may be seen either in person or via telehealth in accordance with client needs, clinical appropriateness, and practice guidelines

  • Providers must be comfortable working with clients across all age groups

  • Schedule autonomy is supported; however, consistency and reliability are essential for continuity of care and team coordination

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

  • Provide individual and family therapy services as appropriate

  • Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments

  • Establish accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver ethical, evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and related mental health concerns

  • Complete discharge planning and ongoing clinical evaluations

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Deliver services in accordance with applicable telehealth regulations, payer requirements, and practice policies

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner using TherapyNotes

  • Maintain progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and required clinical records

  • Follow HIPAA standards, ethical guidelines, and insurance documentation requirements

  • Maintain timely documentation and adhere to operational workflows within a structured outpatient practice environment

Client Management & Collaboration

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors, administrative staff, and clients

  • Collaborate with internal team members and external providers (physicians, schools, psychiatrists, etc.) when clinically appropriate

  • Support smooth clinical operations through proactive communication

  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when rescheduling clients while maintaining continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

$60/hour — LCSW or LMHC track (pre-independent licensure)

$65/hour — LICSW or fully licensed LMHC

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

  • Active Massachusetts license or license-eligible status (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMHC track)

  • Strong clinical knowledge of assessment and treatment of mental health conditions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective therapeutic relationships

  • Ability to work independently while adhering to professional ethics and standards

  • Comfortable working with diverse populations across cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain timely documentation
