About Us
Regulate Yours, LLC is an outpatient mental health private practice based in Salem, MA. We are a small, clinician-led practice built on a simple belief: when therapists are supported, clients receive better care. We offer a collaborative, non-micromanaging environment where you are trusted as the professional you are — and where your growth, your schedule, and your wellbeing genuinely matter to us.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven clinician to join our growing team as an outpatient therapist. This is a clinical role — your job is to do great therapy. We handle the operational side so you can focus on your clients. Whether you're a new graduate building your clinical hours or a seasoned LCSW, we want to hear from you.
You will carry a caseload of at least 20 scheduled client appointments per week, delivering both in-person sessions at our Salem office and telehealth sessions.
Who This Role Is For
This position is open to:
Master's level clinicians actively working toward their LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSW) accumulating supervised hours toward their LICSW — or LCSWs who are not pursuing their LICSW
We welcome applicants at all stages of their clinical career — from recent graduates to those with years of experience.

Provide individual and family therapy services as clinically appropriate
Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments and establish accurate diagnoses
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed throughout the course of care
Complete discharge planning and ongoing clinical evaluations
Deliver services in accordance with applicable telehealth regulations, payer requirements, and practice policies
Documentation & Compliance
Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner using TherapyNotes
Maintain progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and required clinical records
Adhere to HIPAA standards, ethical guidelines, and insurance documentation requirements
Follow operational workflows within a structured outpatient practice environment
Client Management & Collaboration
Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors, colleagues, and clients
Collaborate with internal team members and external providers (physicians, schools, psychiatrists, etc.) when clinically appropriate
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when rescheduling clients, maintaining continuity of care
Support smooth clinical operations through proactive, transparent communication
When you become fully licensed, you receive an automatic pay raise — no negotiation required.
Schedule & Flexibility
You tell us what days and times you want to work — we build your caseload around your availability
We ask that you maintain consistency in your schedule to provide stability for your clients
Telehealth and in-person sessions are both part of this role
You manage your own client rescheduling directly, keeping things simple and flexible
Clinical Support
Every pre-licensed clinician is assigned a primary supervisor and a dedicated backup supervisor
Supervisors are accessible throughout your working hours — support is never more than a conversation away
A collegial team environment where peer consultation happens organically
At onboarding, we talk with you about your specific needs and structure your support accordingly
What We're Looking For
A master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related clinical field
Active Massachusetts licensure or registration as an LMHC candidate or LCSW
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own caseload and documentation independently
Comfortable working with diverse client populations and presenting concerns
Willingness to provide both in-person sessions in Salem, MA and telehealth sessions
Comfort with or ability to learn TherapyNotes EHR
Our Culture
We are not a corporate practice. We are clinicians who built the kind of workplace we wish had existed for us. That means no micromanagement, open communication, and a genuine willingness to listen and make changes when something isn't working. We ask for your feedback. We act on it. We want you to feel proud of where you work — and we believe that starts with treating our staff with the same care we ask them to bring to their clients.
