Your direct donation helps support individuals navigating financial hardship, insurance barriers, high out-of-pocket costs, or uninsured status so they can continue accessing therapy during difficult seasons of life.

At Regulate Yours, we have seen firsthand how unexpected life circumstances can interrupt access to mental health care — often during the moments support is needed most. The Regulate Yours Access Fund was created as a community-supported initiative to help bridge those gaps and support continued access to therapy for individuals facing temporary barriers to care.

Through direct donations, store purchases, and future fundraising initiatives, we are working to build a more accessible and supportive path to mental health care within our community.

Every contribution — no matter the size — helps support continued access to care for someone who may otherwise struggle to continue their healing journey.

How Contributions Help

Support through the fund may help individuals experiencing:

  • Financial difficulty related to high copays and high deductibles

  • Insurance lapses or insurance-related barriers

  • Uninsured status

  • Unexpected financial hardship impacting access to care

Our goal is to help individuals continue receiving support during the moments they need it most.

Our Commitment to Transparency

At least 85% of proceeds collected through donations, purchases, and fundraising efforts are directed toward supporting continued access to therapy through the Regulate Yours Access Fund.

The remaining portion, not exceeding 15%, may be used for operational, administrative, platform, fulfillment, and program-related expenses associated with maintaining and growing the initiative.

We believe transparency, compassion, and community support are essential when building an initiative centered around continued access to care.
